I'm trying to specify an IPv6 DNS server in the web interface. When I try to enter the address I want to use, it gives me this error: "The Primary DNS Server is not valid; it has to be a global unicast address" The address I'm using is fe80::7671:4c95:8cf5:3367 I'm entering it as fe80:0000:000 Jul 07, 2010 · - I'm using a WRT54GL loaded with Tomato/MLPPP/IPv6 (a custom distro of Tomato/MLPPP developed by my ISP to include IPv6 support. Mar 09, 2008 · FYI, i can browse to my 'access point' mode tomato wrt54gl just fine on the wired lan with no port forwarding in place. not sure what the difficulty is for the person who brought that up. Some versions of the 54g are definitely not compatible with tomato firmware. go for the 54gl only if you want to be sure.
