At home I use my mail app, but when I am here at work or out and about, I use Plusnet's webmail. Now it is perpetually showing 'service unavailable. This was the case for a few weeks, but it wasn't every time I tried to log on. What the hell is going on, and is Plusnet really going down the tubes?
